    I bought it as a case for an external SSD storage for the Raspberry Pi 4b running Home Assistant, I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or not, but after connecting it, there were blocks in this pocket that were impossible to read and write to and couldn’t be fixed accordingly – I moved it back to the old pocket and ran fsck without any problems, then put it back in the new one – it’s working for now.
    Next, we’ll check to see if it’s blocking the TRIM broadcast, and I’ll update the review later.

    This blueendless aluminium hard drive enclosure is extremely good. Very durable, very fast. It works perfectly fine with usb c or usb 3.2 . I tried with an ssd inside. Write speed was 213mb/s, read speed was 302mb/s.
    Highly recommended. The aluminium case also great to keep the drive cool inside the case. Nobody will be disappointed with this enclosure. Usb cable is also fairly long for ordinary use. Great product from blueendless.
